This beautiful property is located in the municipality of Ribamontan al Monte, only 5 minutes from fantastic beaches such as the beach of Puntal, Somo, Loredo, Langre and Galizano, ideal to practice water sports. The staircases in Jatoba and an original iron veranda. On the first floor we have three big bedrooms with its own bathroom each, the main bedroom with exit to the balcony on the south wall with views to the nice garden, here the floors are pine as well. The two bedrooms in the attic are beautiful; both with bathroom and the timbers on this floor are oak giving the place a very rustic character, one of the rooms with private balcony from where we enjoy the views of the nice area. The property was made with the idea of a rural hotel and it has the license for this activity, but it is also ideal for private use, the main house has been renovated totally with lots of charm, now it needs some modernization, for example painting the walls, the floors in some areas…the cabin must be renovated and it could be converted in another house for the future owners. The garden is 600 m2 urban and it is totally enclosed by a stone wall. It is an idyllic place to rest, with a variety of trees, in short a luxury for your senses. There is also a deposit underground to take water from the rain. The house is in a privilege area, very near the coast and Santander, 1 km from the train Station and 45 minutes from Santander. Many activities can be practiced in the area such as: mailing, diving, surfing and windsurfing, fishing, swimming, trekking, Golf in different courses for example: Pedreña and Agüero are the nearest ones.
