EXCELLENT MOUNTAIN CASONA WITH GREAT FINCA

Cantabria boasts a great historical heritage and among them are our wonderful mountain houses.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful mountain houses I have visited.

In the municipality of Reocín, specifically in the town of Villapresente is this beautiful property.

The area stands out for its services, good communications and the proximity to the beaches.

Generously it has 368 m2 built on a plot of 3,207 m2 being 1,500 m2 of them urban.

This farm is intimately safeguarded with a stone wall and plant closures that surround it in its entirety, in it young fruit trees give it life, apple trees, pear trees, plums ... also a stone garage, kennels in the back ... there is space for Everything and with great privacy.

It borders on the west with another wonderful house of the same typology, but they are separated by walls one meter and a half wide.

The house was completely rehabilitated in 1997, respecting its architecture and details, it looks completely like since its first construction back in 1920, of all its masonry stones and framing its doors and windows with beautiful chairs.

It also maintains details such as carved wooden shutters, vaulted ceilings, it has been wanted to maintain the rustic flavor throughout the property ...

To enter the property we save wrought iron gates that give way to the front of the property, this is typical has a south facing balcony and floor, cobbled slab floors, oak beams ... a place to spend long hours enjoying this seating area

On the ground floor we enjoy the smell of a fireplace in the large living room, kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom and boiler room.

Upstairs, a large and bright distributor directs us to another amazing living room or open space open to the ceiling and adorned with its beams, this has an approximate area of ​​50 m2, on it you can see a balcony born from the loft, if we go to the right a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a room.

We face south and we have another room that gives rise to the balcony and another room, if we go up the stairs a bit we find an unauthorized attic that is the one that overlooks the open space of the first floor.
