CASA DE PIEDRA CON JARDÍN, JUNTO AL RÍO EBRO, VALDERREDIBLE

In the Valderredible valley and very close to the Ebro River we find this masonry stone house with bread basket and glory, the town where it is located is very well cared for and there should not be more than 15 inhabitants.

It has 200m2 of housing and more buildings added such as the stable, the bread bin, etc.

At the front of the house and looking south we have a patio where we access the house and the bread basket, this closed space with portholes, but on the opposite side of the house, an old construction has given rise to a beautiful garden entered through a stone arch, it enjoys a lot of privacy.

The house was built in 1925 and currently requires works to bring it up to date, although it is in perfect condition of structure and roof.

Distributed in 3 floors here I explain each one.

On the ground floor, a spacious hall with an old public telephone, on the left "La Gloria" room with a raised stone slab floor to accommodate an old heating system underneath.

This home was heated from the attached kitchen.

It is in perfect working order. To the right of the warehouse, block and haystack dealer.

On this floor we also have a bathroom. On the middle floor 5 bedrooms and a living room, all very bright and spacious.

Arrived at the highest floor, the attic is all open and with the woods visible, here we can see that the roof is in perfect condition. All its windows are made of wood.

The electricity remains discharged.

The house is located in the middle of nature, 25 kilometers from Reinosa and 19 km from the capital Polientes where we have services.
