CABAÑA LO RIÁ

For me it is the best place in the world, also for other privileged few who have chosen it to LIVE.

It is a small neighborhood with a few cabins and they do not see each other even though they are close to each other.

The background music is played by the Miera river and the varied birdlife, as well as the cowbells that give an infinite peace to the already slowed-down place.

The environment is full of green provided by the mountains, meadows, bushes, trees and wild plants that adorn with their cheerful flowers. Said I am knowing that the neighborhood is friendly and enriching, I just need to talk about it, the CABAÑA.

She is one of the largest in the valley, I think there will be a total of 6 in the area and only one of them is available.

The work was completed last year, wrapping 200m2 of authentic and rustic character, its farm is very spacious and completely flat, in it there is an area for gastronomic enjoyment in the form of a barbecue, sink and a seating table, all of them covered with the orography itself of the place as if it had been designed by a hobbit.

In this area we also have an outside shower and a water outlet that comes in handy for cleaning the car, watering, etc.

However you wear and where you wear, you will see the Port of Lunada and its peaks, if you look to the west more green…

The road to the house is paved and flat, as well as the interior road to the stone terrace area with an area of ​​about 200m2, within this terrace the porch that enjoys great sunsets and leads to the house.

Before entering the cabin tell you something very important, in front of it runs the river Miera, there is a small pool (1m high), ideal for taking a dip and sunbathing.

LOW LEVEL

As we enter we have on our right the kitchen with dining area and a mezzanine that makes occasional room, all very attractive due to the oak beams rescued from the restoration that are very well treated and due to the luminosity provided by both large windows (all of them teak wood and double glazing)

On this same floor and to the left there is a bathroom with a shower and direct access to a spacious room and a nice living room with a fireplace.

Taking advantage of the understairs, a broom has been made where there is an installation for a washing machine.

TOP FLOOR

Going up to it, we are bathed in light that enters through a velux installed on the stairs, as in the bathroom on this floor, 3 rooms complete this floor, one of them being small.

All floors are ceramic imitating wood.

The work has impeccable finishes and has been carried out by workers from the valley since these types of houses have basic materials that not all professionals know how to work with.

HEATING

It has a diesel boiler to heat the hot water and radiators of the Cabin, this located next to the barbecue area in a closed room.
