MARVELLOUS CANTABRA STYLE HOUSE . RENOVATED

In cabuerniga, and in one of the valleys where the tipology of the houses is respected we have this marvellous house of 650 m2 divided in three floors with an urban land of 600 m2. the house is almost finished (only small things) and the owners have tried to preserve most of the original elements of the property. It was built in 1729 and in the balcony there is an inscription that says "who wants to know how much this costs to make one like this" written by Don Francisco de Mier and his wife in old castellan.

Distribution

Ground floor: A big portan with two doors to go into the house. One of the doors is a door that dates of the same epoque and give access to a big cellar or txoco, a place ideal to spend nice moments with friends and family, withough getting dirty the house. the other entrance goes into the house and has nice rustic tiles on the floor that were in the property, here we have a bathroom, a store room and the room for the heaters.

First floor. It has a room for the iron, washing machine, and located next to the kitchen that is 20 m2, opposite the kitchen the owners have an access to a bathroom wit a shower, a bedroom with a bathroom and another bedroom of 20 m2. On this floor there is also a big sitting roo of 56 m2 with a fire place and a gallery with nice views. the floor here is the original one in oak, and some windows and doors are also the original ones.

Attic: It has a big open planned stting room with access to two bedrooms with "casetones" on the roof and a bathroom with a shower. One of them with a wall in wardrobe and the other one with a dressing room. So, this is a very good house, with a magnificient renovation, lots of natural light and perfectly communicated.
