BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A RUSTIC STYLE, SEMIRENOVATED, A SMALL YARD WITH THE HOUSE AND A SMALL GARDEN OPPOSITE THE HOUSE.

This beautiful rustic house, is located in one of the greenest and nicest valleys of Cantabria, with two entrances, one through the N-611 taking the direction to Castillo Pedroso and the other one and more useful, because it is faster, is the motorway of La Meseta, taking the exit to Arenas de Iguña, and then the entrance to Anievas.

The house has stone and wood as its main materials, it is semirenovated but there are a few things to finish, such as setting up the heating, painting and changing some windows.

But the main work has been made by the owners. It has a small yard at the entrance of the house about 20 m2 and a small garden opposite the house but very near, as it is separate by a narrow path of the village, it is about 30 m2. the house is 206 m2. As soon as we go into the sitting room we can see a nice floor made in mud and old hydraulic tiles. The windows here are in oak, and are new, on the left the American style kitchen, furnished in oak as well but with no machines: oven, cook, fridge…… In the area of the sitting room there is a fire place made in stone.

From here a door that lead us to a big hall, on the right a bathroom, finished and nice, and opposite us an old stable, nowadays used to store things, but a nice cellar could be made here. Some attractive staircases made with an old oak timber lead us to room in the attic, with a big window, this area is ideal to have a bedroom or a studio, this is the part of the roof that has been repaired and we can see it from this room.

The rest of the roof is in good conditions, so the owners decided not to repair it now. Coming back to the sitting room again, we have some others staircases, that lead us to the part of the house that in the past was used for living, a small hall on the first floor and two bedrooms, one of them in a rustic style with a nice wall in wardrobe made in wood and painted in white colour, and from this room we go out to the balcony from where we can enjoy nice views to the fields. Another bedroom that is narrower but not bad size and with a window. A few staircases lead us to another level, the attic, where we have an big room and a smaller one that was thought to have a toilette and a dressing room, stunning views from the window.

The truth that this is a comfortable house for living permanently, because of the communications and the size of the house, about 200 m2, a small green area, enough so as not to work too much. It is also idel for those who are only looking for a house to spend holidays.

Only 20 minutes from Torrelavega, 15 minutes from Corrales de Buelna, 20 minutes from Reinosa and 30 minutes from beaches. And a very nice price.
