These rural apartments are located in the fantastic valley of Valderredible, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in Cantabria.

This building has respect the traditional architectural details in the area, so we have a solid construction of two floors all around a beautiful yard, made all of it in "silleria" and manpostery stone and noble wood.
The renovation has been finished this year and now it is ready to be used as a rural business with all the modern comforts.
9 apartments are offered, all of them fully equipped and with all services.(towels, blankets, microwaves, washing-machine, sheets, tv, private parking site......
They could be used to give service to groups who wish to meet in a concrete place or to the visitors who come to visit the area.

There is also a bar in the yard where something for eating or drinking can be offered to the clients, also a barbaqueu, and private parking site for clients, besides a park for children.

The parking site and park for children is about 1.700 m2 . the apartments have heating.
From here the valley offers lots of activities, for instance: skiing in Alto Campoo, trekking in the Palentine Mountain, excursions by car following the romanic and rupestrian route.
All kind of adventure sports, Excursions walking all around the valley and also cycling, as the area offers hundred of tracks.
The river Ebro goes crossing the valley, and offer different points to have a bath, although near the apartments, 5 minutes walking we have a small lake which water comes from springs and where we can have a swim.
Driving about 20 minutes de Dams of Ebro and Aguilar de Campoo, also ideal places to swim, practising canooing, fishing.....
A golf course in Polientes and another one in Nestares.
All services in Reinosa and Aguilar de Campoo, only 30 minutes driving to Reinosa and 20 minutes to Aguilar.
The communications in the area are really good, the main road in the valley was inaugurated two years ago, and the motorway of La meseta will be finished in 2.008, now some parts are open.
