it is a house for both living permanently and spending holidays and some seasons of the year.
this village was abandoned years ago, and now they are starting to recover it, this is the first house that will be inhabitable, although there are others which renovation have just started.

The views from the back of the house where some big windows have been installed are really stunning, the calm and peace we breath here is incredible, we don´t see roads, or hear cars, there are several routes to walk around, only the birds and the cows are all around this marvellous place.

Now the house is being renovated, but the owners give the possibility of selling it finished.

There are three floors, on the ground floor there will be a big hall at the entrance, we have to emphasize the nice entrance door with sillery stones, then a bathroom before goin to a big american style kitchen with dinning area, and big windows and exit to the back garden.

On the first floor they have the idea of having a main bedroom communicating with the balcony that is at the front of the house, with a dressing room, this bedroom will be quite big.
A bathroom outside giving service to this bedroom and to the sitting room, also with big dimensions, and with several windows offering us the stunning views to the mountains and forests of the area.

We will have two big bedrooms and another bathroom, both with several and big windows to have natural light, one communicates with the front of the house and the other with the back.
