this house is located in one of the best areas of Torrelavega, and far from the industry area, as it is on the opposite side of the town and next to the Big and green area of Public Park of Manuel Barquin and Avenue of Spain, only 50 metres from the cattle market, and the open market place of Thursdays, it is one of the most important and bigger in the north of Spain.

The house is in an area where there are other 40 houses, they are 20 buildings, every big house is divided in two houses with their respective garage and gardens.

In the middle there is a green area with benches and it is a peaceful place next to the center of the town.
Ideal if you have children.

There is also a parking area outside the house. There are several houses around similar to this one that have been renovated and even they have a floor more,as underground there is an area covered with soil but that can be recovered and some people have made an underground garage, a cellar, a txoco.

On the first floor there is a small hall, a sitting room with a fire place, a small kitchen and a bathroom, on the second floor we have another bathroom and three bedrooms.

Outside in the garden and at the back there is a enclosed garage and a hut, that would be ideal to renovate and have a summer kitchen with dinning area here, or an apartment, it is 255 m2 big, now with the new legislation in the municipality this is possible and the house could be extended 50 m2 more with an enclosed porch, for example in the area of the kitchen.

the house is 110 m2 big and if we recovered the underground area we will have 45 m2 more.
Nowadays the house needs to be renovated, there is no heating, and the electrical and plumbery installations are old.

There is gas and internet.
We are in an area of the town where you don´t need the car to go shopping or to move around, the bus station is only 150 metres from here, there are schools, high schools.....supermarkets, health center....

So it is ideal to renovate and live in it permanently.
