this stone house is located in the area of Puente Viesgo, in this nice valley flooded by the River Pas.

The house needs complete renovation, about 150 m2 in two floors and attic.
Next to the house is the stable and hayloft with about 100 m2 more, we have another access from the inside of the house.
Besides the property has a garden of 120 m2, at the back and place to grow vegetables of about 120 m2 opposite the house only crossing a small track.

To finish, at the bottom of the yard there is an open porch with exit to the garden, from where we have nice views of Puente Viesgo, and the Caves of Monte Castillo an important prehistorical remain, where we find rupestrian painting that were made about 20.000 years ago.
In this town there is also an important health resort, and a green track for walking and riding bikes that lead us to alceda or to Astillero.
