The property is located in Soto de la Marina, a small town on the coast of Cantabria and only 8 kms from Santander.
Very near the house we have several beaches with fine golden sand such as: Covachos, San Juan de la Canal (only ten minutes walking from the house), La virgen del Mar...
It is a detached house of 160 m2 in two floors, attic two terraces and a garage of 20 m2 a beautiful garden of 1500 m2 with lots of trees.

On the ground floor a hall with lots of natural ligh invites us to go into the house, a warm sitting room with two different atmosphere, one the dinning area and the other one the living room, Through another door located in this room we go into a big room that in the past was used as a living area as well, but it has many possibilities for example to have a bedroom with dressing room and the bathroom that now exists, or to join it with the sitting room and to have a bigger one.
On this floor we also have a fully equipped kitchen, and from here exit to the garden and the staircases to the first floor.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, the three bedrooms have exit to the big terrace of 60 m2 from where we can enjoy the marvellous views with the sea in front.

On this floor a door lead us to the attic , it is not very high and it has two spaces separated with a wall, ideal for two bedrooms or a beautiful studio.
The garage is on one of the sides of the house and it is big enough for two cars. The deposit of gas oil for the heating is also here.

Around the house we have a nice enclosed garden of 1.500 m2 where we find pine and fruit trees a palm tree...., there is also a hut that needs a small renovation, there is electricity and water here, a small kitchen and toilette. A store room.
The land is urban and another house could be built.
The house was made in stone although it is covered with cement, gres and wooden of elondo on the first floor, the windows are aluminium.
The house is practically ready to move in, it is sold with some pieces of furniture.
It is in a priviledge area, only few kms from the city of Santander, very near the Natural park Dunes of Liencres, and the other beaches we have mentioned before.

some of them with the blue flag of the European community for being a nice and clean beach.
