HOUSE WITH GARDEN IN THE SOUTH OF CANTABRIA

The south of Cantabria is warm and not as rainy as the rest, it is in this area as pleasant reservoir where we find this beautiful traditional house fully restored respecting its original architecture, from it we can see the Montesclaros Monastery and the river Ebro.

The house has 225m2 (according to cadastral certification) intimately kept between the stone corridor through which the property is accessed.

As we enter through the gate we are in the patio, this has a large porch on its left, ideal for family meals or simply to be outdoors in the shade as it is a property very well oriented to the south.  

To the right of this patio and next to a small garden we access the house, we are already seeing the original stone masonry façade and wooden sleepers of the construction, as well as the balcony.

Once at the entrance we have a separate kitchen on the left, a bathroom with a shower on the right, both rooms have a window overlooking the patio, a little further on a cellar and from the front we enter the living room with fireplace and divided into two heights, the highest is a dining room, on the right the staircase with access to the upper floor.

Upstairs we have a diaphanous room with a double height bedroom and 3 more rooms, a living room with a fireplace, a toilet and a balcony with wonderful views.

Other stairs lead us to the loft which is in condition to make another room. From this floor we can go down other stairs to the laundry room and to the entrance of the property.

The roof was made new in 2003 and has been revised to be in perfect condition in 2019.
