TYPICAL SADDLEBACK HOUSE WITH CORRALADA AND GARDEN

From Polientes which is the capital of the beautiful Valderredible valley and going up for 4 km along a winding and happy road through the lively color of the heathland and sheltered by oaks, we arrive at a beautiful town very well preserved and with a clear Meseta influence.

In it and at the end of the road we find this house that enjoys impressive views of the valley and great privacy despite being attached to another by its back.

It is completely made of ashlar stone and wood as custom dictates and has 232 m2 in which you can live, as buildings are accompanied by a 138 m2 socarreña with two heights that can double as a garage and a 22 m2 shed, all this protected by covers in perfect condition and with very good insulation, its eaves are made of oak. And indeed it is so but only from the sea beaches, since very close is the beautiful swamp of the Ebro or Arija with its inland beaches, and from it emerges the tower of the church of Villanueva de Las Rozas, today a viewpoint of this natural setting.
