CABAÑA PASIEGA TO RESTORE NEXT TO THE RIVER

Yera is a neighborhood in Vega de Pas, one of the three valleys that make up the Valles Pasiegos.

Lately I have sold several cabins in this area and it is easy to understand, the Yera river bathes this neighborhood and has bathing areas and small waterfalls, it is accompanied by a beautiful river path through which you can reach Vega de Pas on foot.

And all this makes up a truly magical place, you just have to know it to fall in love.

On this occasion I present a cabin to restore that has left me amazed by its natural charms.

It has the river in front of it and a wonderful farm from which it can be accessed in areas with small wells, in it part mature forest of native species.

The farm has 13,310 m2 according to its cadastral certification and the cabin on each of its floors 60 m2 and an annex attached to the property of 13 m2, which is ideal to be the future boiler and tool room.

A chestnut tree in front of the entrance, an orchard, its south orientation and a thousand other details make this cabin so charming.

Its access is good to the same bridge that separates the property from its entrance.

It has electricity and water. It is only 4km from its capital Vega de Pas.

In Vega de Pas we have all the services, shop, school, bank, restaurants, etc.

This town is one hour from Santander.
